Copper pipe – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on seamless refined copper pipe and tube from China for the period Nov. 1, 2018, through Oct. 31, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

Request reviews – July 31 deadline to request administrative reviews of the following AD and/or CV duty orders for the periods July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020 (AD) and Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019 (CV), unless otherwise noted

- carbon steel butt-weld pipe fittings from China and Thailand (AD)

- circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from China (AD/CV)

- citric acid and certain citrate salts from Belgium, Colombia, and Thailand (AD)

- persulfates from China (AD)

- polyethylene terephthalate film from India (AD/CV) and Taiwan (AD)

- polyvinyl alcohol from Japan (AD)

- potassium phosphate salts from China (AD/CV)

- pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from China (CV)

- quartz surface products from China (AD, Nov. 20, 2018, through June 30, 2020; and CV, Sept. 21, 2018, through Dec. 31, 2019)

- stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from Japan, Korea, and Taiwan (AD)

- steel concrete reinforcing bar from Japan (AD) and Turkey (AD/CV)

- steel grating from China (AD/CV)

- steel nails from Korea (AD), Malaysia (AD), Oman (AD), Taiwan (AD), and Vietnam (AD/CV)

- welded stainless steel pressure pipe from Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam (AD)

- xanthan gum from China (AD)

Rubber – dumping margin of 44.3 percent for seven exporters/producers in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from Korea for the period Sept. 1, 2018, through Aug. 31, 2019

Solar cells – dumping margins of zero and 3.19 percent in amended final results of 2014-2015 administrative review of AD duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China

Sunset reviews – initiation of sunset reviews of AD duty order on hand trucks from China and AD/CV duty orders on passenger vehicle and light truck tires from China, which will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders
