Aluminum sheet – initiation of AD duty investigations on common alloy aluminum sheet from Bahrain, Brazil, Croatia, Egypt, Germany, Greece, India, Indonesia, Italy, Korea, Oman, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Taiwan, and Turkey and CV duty investigations of common alloy aluminum sheet from Bahrain, Brazil, India, and Turkey
Citric acid – dumping margin of zero for one company in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on citric acid and certain citrate salts from Canada for the period May 1, 2018, through April 30, 2019
Line pipe – dumping margin of 6.22 percent for one exporter/producer in amended AD duty order on welded line pipe from Korea in accordance with court decision
Lined paper – dumping margins of zero and 1.93 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on lined paper products from India for the period Sept. 1, 2017, through Aug. 31, 2018
Sugar – sunset review determinations that revocation of AD and CV duty suspension agreements on sugar from Mexico would be likely to lead to (1) the continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 42.14 percent and countervailable subsidies ranging from 5.78 to 43.93 percent and (2) material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
