The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Activated carbon – dumping margins of 0.86 to 1.02 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on activated carbon from China for the period April 1, 2017, through March 31, 2018

Hot-rolled steel – dumping margins of 15.13 percent for Australia and 2.55 percent for Turkey in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty orders on hot-rolled steel flat products for the period Oct. 1, 2017, through Sept. 30, 2018

Kegs – issuance of AD duty orders on refillable stainless steel kegs from China and Germany, with current AD cash deposit rates of zero and 63.6 percent for China and 7.47 percent for Germany, and issuance of CV duty order on such kegs from China, with current CV cash deposit rates of 16.21 and 145.23 percent

Mattresses – issuance of AD duty order on mattresses from China, effective Dec. 16, with current AD cash deposit rates of 57.03 to 1,731.75 percent

Polyester textured yarn – final affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on polyester textured yarn from China and India and negative critical circumstances determination with respect to China
