Barcode scanners – institution of IPR infringement investigation 337-TA-1317 of barcode scanners, scan engines, mobile computers with barcode scanning functionalities, products containing same, and components thereof (complainants Honeywell International Inc. and Hand Held Products Inc.; respondents located in U.S.)

Beverages – June 10 deadline for comments on remedy, the public interest, and bonding should a violation be found in investigation 337-TA-1269 of electrolyte containing beverages and labeling and packaging thereof

Compression devices – institution of IPR infringement investigation 337-TA-1316 of pneumatic compression devices and components thereof (complainants Precision Holdings USA Inc. and Innovamed Health LLC; respondents located in Hong Kong and the U.S.)

Graphics systems – institution of IPR infringement investigation 337-TA-1318 of graphics systems, components thereof, and digital televisions containing the same (complainants Advanced Micro Devices Inc. and ATI Technologies ULC; respondents located in China, Hong Kong, Mexico, Taiwan, and Vietnam)
