The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Carbon – final determination that Ningxia Huahui Environmental Technology Co. Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Ningxia Huahui Activated Carbon Co. Ltd. and should be assigned the same AD cash deposit rate for purposes of the AD duty order on activated carbon from China (currently $0.65/kg)

Polyester yarn – final affirmative AD injury determinations on polyester textured yarn from Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam

Soybean meal – scheduling of final phase of AD/CV injury investigations of organic soybean meal from India, with hearing scheduled for March 16, pre-hearing briefs due by March 9, and post-hearing briefs due by March 23

Tissue paper – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on tissue paper products from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Wind towers – final affirmative AD injury determination on utility-scale wind towers from Malaysia and final affirmative CV injury determination on such towers from India
