- received an application for subzone status at the Valbruna Stainless Inc. facility within FTZ 49 in Pompton Lakes, N.J. (comments due by Jan. 5)

- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Fluvitex USA Inc. facility within FTZ 138 in Groveport, Ohio, with proposed finished products including quilts, comforters, pillows, and cushions (comments due by Jan. 10)

- authorized an expansion of production authority at the BMW Manufacturing Company LLC facility within FTZ 38 in Spartanburg, S.C., where BMW already has authority to produce gasoline and diesel-powered motor vehicles, gasoline-powered hybrid plug-in electric motor vehicles, motor vehicle bodies, stamped body parts, and lithium-ion batteries

- authorized production under zone procedures at the VIAVI Solutions Inc. facility within FTZ 75 in Chandler, Ariz., which is used for the production of optically variable pigments
