Chassis – final affirmative CV injury determination on chassis and subassemblies from China

Paper – rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on lightweight thermal paper from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

Pencils – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on cased pencils from China for the period Dec. 1, 2018, through Nov. 30, 2019, with respect to one company

Twist ties – issuance of AD and CV duty orders on twist ties from China, effective April 14, with current cash deposit rates of 62.42 percent (AD) and 111.96 percent (CV)

Wind towers – scheduling of final phase of AD injury investigations of utility-scale wind towers from India, Malaysia, and Spain and CV injury investigations of such goods from India and Malaysia, with hearing scheduled for June 10, pre-hearing briefs due by June 4, post-hearing briefs due by June 17, and final comments due by July 1
