OLED displays – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1225 of active matrix OLED display devices and components thereof (complainant Solas OLED Ltd.; respondents located in Korea and the U.S.)
Straws – in investigation 337-TA-1183 of foldable reusable drinking straws and components and accessories thereof, Nov. 16 deadline for comments on public interest issues raised by recommendation to issue a general exclusion order should a section 337 violation be found
Wireless devices – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1180 of wireless communication devices and related components thereof with respect to one respondent based on a settlement agreement with complainant Innovation Sciences LLC
