The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Aluminum extrusions – amended final ruling on scope of AD and CV duty orders on aluminum extrusions from China pursuant to court decision

Aluminum foil – final determination that Shanghai Huafon Aluminium Corporation is the successor-in-interest to Huafon Nikkei Aluminium Corporation for purposes of determining AD cash deposits and liabilities on aluminum foil and common alloy aluminum sheet from China

Ceramic tile – final affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on ceramic tile from China

End blocks – preliminary affirmative CV duty determination on forged steel fluid end blocks from China, Germany, India, and Italy, with net subsidy rates (and new CV cash deposit requirements) of 16.18 to 138.53 percent for China, 5.25 to 10.04 percent for Germany, 4.69 percent for India, and 3.05 to 43.75 percent for Italy

Mattresses – preliminary affirmative AD injury determination on mattresses from Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Serbia, Thailand, Turkey, and Vietnam and preliminary affirmative CV injury determination on mattresses from China
