- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Haier US Appliance Solutions Inc. facility within FTZ 83 in Decatur, Ala., where Haier already has authority to produce household refrigerators, to add foreign-status materials or components to the scope of authority (comments due by Aug. 10)
- received a notification of proposed production activity at the MH Wirth Inc. facility within FTZ 82 in Theodore, Ala., where MH Wirth already has authority to produce and repair offshore drilling riser systems, to add foreign-status materials or components to the scope of authority (comments due by Aug. 10)
- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Volflex Inc. facility within FTZ 22 in Mokena, Ill, which is used for the production of flexible packaging in the form of aluminum laminated products (comments due by Aug. 10)
- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Barco Stamping Co. Inc. facility within FTZ 219 in Yuma, Ariz., which is used for the production of stamped metal products (comments due by Aug. 11)
- approved production under zone procedures at the Lake Charles LNG Export Company LLC facility within FTZ 87 in Lake Charles, La., which is used for liquefied natural gas processing
- approved production under zone procedures at the Port Arthur LNG LLC facility within FTZ 116 in Port Arthur, Texas, which is used for liquefied natural gas processing
