- approved an expansion of production authority at the Traxys Cometals USA LLC facility within FTZ 158 in Burnsville, Miss., where Traxys already had authority to produce high-grade manganese and aluminum alloying agents, to add a finished product and a foreign-status material or component to the scope of authority
- approved production under zone procedures at the ISK Biosciences Corporation facilities within FTZ 77 in Memphis, Tenn., which are used for the production of agricultural chemicals
