Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, P.A., announced today the promotion of two attorneys to members of the firm. The promotions highlight the continued demand for ST&R’s services in today’s ever-changing customs and trade environment.
Sarah Yuskaitis has been practicing law for eight years and joined ST&R in 2017. She advises clients primarily in the area of antidumping and countervailing duty law and trade remedies litigation, where she has obtained a number of favorable scope exclusions. She also advises clients on Section 201, Section 232, and Section 301 tariff liability and has helped U.S. businesses secure more than 800 product exclusions from these tariffs. Her work also includes representing clients before federal courts and U.S. agencies, including the International Trade Commission, Department of Commerce, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative.
Joshua Rodman joined ST&R in 2019 and has been practicing law for a decade after starting his career working for one of the world’s largest aerospace and defense contractors. He works with clients on export controls and sanctions compliance, country of origin-related government procurement issues, the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, first sale duty mitigation, and other issues.
