About The Webinar

The Lacey Act import declaration requirement is being expanded to virtually all wood and plant products not already covered as of Dec. 1. This requirement will apply to everything from tools to toys, from watches to water bottles, from brooms to buttons, and could be broadened even further. Importers of covered goods will have to provide the federal government with unprecedented visibility into their supply chains, including the genus and species of the wood components of their products and the country where it was harvested.

This informative webinar will examine what the Lacey Act is, what it requires, and what you need to do to comply.
