About the Package
This 20 credit package allows you to choose any qualifying ST&R webinars to satisfy the new CBP customs broker continuing education requirement. You may take the ST&R webinars most relevant to you and your business at your leisure throughout the triennial period.
Only webinars that have been accredited for continuing education credits will be available for this package. Almost all webinars given after January 1, 2025 will qualify, but those given before that date will not.
How the Package Works
Within two business days of your purchase you will receive a code good for 20 credits, which you may use to take any ST&R webinar that qualifies for continuing education credits (those given after January 1, 2025). We offer 50+ webinars per year and will submit almost all of our webinars given in 2025 for accreditation.
Your package will expire upon use of the 20 credits or on January 31, 2027 (the end of the triennial period), whichever happens first.
What is Excluded
Access to the 40-hour Customs Broker Exam Preparation course given twice per year is not included in this package. Webinars given prior to 2025 will also not be available as part of this package.
The Continuing Education Requirement
All customs brokers are required to complete 20 credits of continuing education for the triennial period ending January 21, 2027.
Each webinar will have a unique identification code. Individual brokers are required to keep records of their webinars attended.
