Tariffs. H.R. 10175 (introduced Aug. 27 by Rep. Schneider, D-Ill.) would repeal section 338 of the Tariff Act of 1930 and nullify certain presidential proclamations imposing a tariff or other duty pursuant to that law.
Classification. H.R. 10147 (introduced Aug. 24 by Reps. Miller, R-W.V., and Sewell, D-Ala.) would amend the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the U.S. to establish a new subheading in chapter 39 for silicone prosthetics for women who are breast cancer survivors and a new subheading in chapter 90 for mastectomy bras.
