Facial toners – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1463 of microcurrent facial toning devices and systems thereof (complainants ZIIP Inc. and The Beauty Tech Group; respondent located in the U.S.)

LCDs – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1462 of liquid crystal devices, components thereof, and products containing the same (complainant BH Innovations LLC; respondents located in China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and the U.S.)

Microwaves – new IPR infringement complaint filed on low-profile microwave-hood combination products (complainant Whirlpool Corporation; proposed respondents located in Korea, China, Sweden, Canada, and the U.S.)

Smart devices – new IPR infringement complaint filed on smart wearable devices, systems, and components thereof (complainant Ouraring Inc.; proposed respondents located in Korea, the United Kingdom, Scotland, the Netherlands, China, India, and the U.S.)
