Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. For more information on AD/CVD issues, including how to mitigate liability, please contact STR.
Chassis – final affirmative AD injury determinations on chassis and subassemblies from Mexico, Thailand, and Vietnam and final affirmative CVD injury determinations on chassis and subassemblies from Mexico and Thailand

Mushrooms – dumping margin of 2.55 percent in final results of administrative review of AD order on preserved mushrooms from Poland for the period Nov. 3, 2022, through April 30, 2024

Pipe – dumping margin of 90.8 percent in final results of administrative review of AD order on welded stainless steel pressure pipe from Vietnam for the period July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024

Plastic boxes – final affirmative dumping determination on polypropylene corrugated boxes from Vietnam, dumping margin of 130.58 percent, and final affirmative determination of critical circumstances

Wire strand – sunset review determination that revocation of AD orders on pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from Brazil, India, Japan, Mexico, South Korea, and Thailand, and CVD orders on PC strand from India, would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
