Aluminum sheet – dumping margin of 3.54 percent for one producer/exporter in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on common alloy aluminum sheet from South Africa for the period April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023
Ceramic tile – initiation of AD and CV duty investigations on ceramic tile from India
Ferrosilicon – preliminary affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on ferrosilicon from Brazil, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, and Russia
Mattresses – (1) final affirmative dumping determinations on mattresses from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Burma, Italy, Poland, the Philippines, Slovenia, and Taiwan, (2) dumping margins of 217.38 percent for Bosnia and Herzegovina, 106.27 percent for Bulgaria, 181.71 percent for Burma, 257.06 percent for Italy, 330.71 percent for Poland, 538.23 percent for the Philippines, 744.81 percent for Slovenia, and 624.5 percent for Taiwan, and (3) final affirmative critical circumstances determinations with respect to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burma, Italy, the Philippines, and Taiwan (in part)
Steel shelving – final affirmative AD injury determinations on boltless steel shelving units, prepackaged for sale, from Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam
