Background

The Census Bureau has issued a final rule that, effective March 30, amends its Foreign Trade Regulations to streamline cross references to and restatements of other export control and licensing requirements. Census states that these changes will streamline 15 CFR Part 30 and remove unnecessary language, thereby promoting efficiency without affecting any substantive obligations or entitlements.
