Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. For more information on AD/CVD issues, including how to mitigate liability, please contact STR.

Cranes – final affirmative AD determination on lattice boom crawler cranes from Japan, with dumping margins of 12.36 to 20.0 percent

Flanges – net subsidy rates of 2.27 to 2.4 percent in final results of administrative review of AD order on finished carbon steel flanges from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023

PC strand – continuation of AD and CVD orders on pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from Brazil, India, Japan, Mexico, South Korea, and Thailand, effective June 2

Shrimp – dumping margins of zero to 26.66 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD order on frozen warmwater shrimp from Thailand for the period Feb. 1, 2023, through Jan. 31, 2024

Tris – preliminary affirmative AD and CVD injury determinations on tris-hydroxymethyl)aminomethane and tris-hydroxymethyl)aminomethane hydrochloride from China
