Folders – dumping margins of 93.64 and 233.93 percent in amended preliminary affirmative dumping determination on paper file folders from Vietnam

Shrimp – sunset review determination that revocation of AD/CV duty orders on frozen warmwater shrimp from China, India, Thailand, and Vietnam would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Staples – revocation of AD duty order on carton-closing staples from China, effective May 8, 2023

Tin mill products – preliminary affirmative CV duty determination on tin mill products from China and new CV cash deposit requirement at rates of 89.02 and 542.55 percent

Wood flooring – sunset review determination that revocation of AD/CV duty orders on multilayered wood flooring from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
