- received a request for subzone status for the ProAmpac Holdings Inc. facility within FTZ 201 in Westfield, Mass. (comments due by Sept. 25)

- received an application for subzone status for the Motorambar Inc. facility within FTZ 7 in Catano, Puerto Rico (comments due by Sept. 30)

- approved the establishment of subzone 59D at the Adams Warehousing LLC facility in Sidney, Neb.

- approved the establishment of subzone 124T at the Offshore Energy Services Inc. facility in Broussard, La.
