The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.
For more information on AD/CVD issues, including how to mitigate liability, please contact ST&R.
Citric acid – dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on citric acid and citrate salts from Thailand for the period July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024
Corrosion-resistant steel – preliminary determination that Dongkuk Coated Metal Co. Ltd. is not the successor-in-interest to Dongkuk Steel Mill Co. Ltd. with respect to the CVD order on corrosion-resistant steel products from Korea
Fencing – preliminary affirmative dumping determination on temporary steel fencing from China, new AD cash deposit requirement at rates of 136.57 to 187.69 percent, and preliminary affirmative determination of critical circumstances in part (which imposes retroactive AD duty liability)
Hexamine – final affirmative AD and CVD injury determinations on hexamethylenetetramine from China
Tubular goods – preliminary affirmative determination that imports of seamless oil country tubular goods completed in Thailand using steel billets produced in China are circumventing the AD/CVD orders on OCTG from China; CBP will therefore suspend liquidation and require AD/CVD cash deposits for such goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Dec. 18, 2024
