– approved the expansion of the service area of FTZ 147 to include Schuylkill County, Pa.
– approved the expansion of the service area of FTZ 12 to include Willacy County, Texas
– approved the establishment of subzone 124X at the ECI Gulf Coast Parts and Service Inc. facility in New Iberia, La.
