AD/CVD News: Brake Drums, Copper Pipe and Tube, End Blocks, Fish Fillets, Paprika

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. For more information on AD/CVD issues, including how to mitigate liability, please contact STR.

Brake drums – preliminary determination that imports of compacted graphite iron brake drums from China constitute later-developed merchandise that is circumventing the AD and CVD orders on brake drums from China

Copper pipe and tube – dumping margin of 56.43 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on seamless refined copper pipe and tube from Mexico for the period Nov. 1, 2024, through Oct. 31, 2025

End blocks – net subsidy rates of 10.89 to 45.53 percent in final results of administrative review of CVD order on forged steel fluid end blocks from Italy for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2024

Fish fillets – dumping margin of $0.20/kg in amended final results of administrative review of AD order on frozen fish fillets from Vietnam for the period Aug. 1, 2021, through July 31, 2022

Paprika – final affirmative AD and CVD injury determinations on oleoresin paprika from India; AD and CVD orders will therefore be issued
