AD/CVD News: Aluminum Sheet, Electrodes, Engines, Rail Couplers, Tris

Aluminum sheet – revocation of AD and CVD orders on common alloy aluminum sheet from Bahrain, Brazil, China, Croatia, Egypt, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Oman, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Taiwan, and Türkiye with respect to certain aluminum can stock, effective Sept. 24

Electrodes – preliminary determination that critical circumstances exist in CVD investigation of large-diameter graphite electrodes from China

Engines – affirmative final determination that imports of model numbers 5C65M0 and BC70M0 of small vertical shaft engines produced by Chongqing Zongshen General Power Machine Co. Ltd. in China constitute later-developed merchandise that, when imported into the United States, circumvents the AD and CVD orders on vertical shaft engines between 99cc and up to 225cc, and parts thereof, from China

Rail couplers – final affirmative AD determinations on freight rail couplers and parts thereof from the Czech Republic and India, with dumping margins of 73.74 percent for the Czech Republic and 2.32 to 71.01 percent for India

Tris – preliminary affirmative CVD determination on Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane from China, new CVD cash deposit requirement at rates of 20.63 and 117.39 percent, and preliminary affirmative determination of critical circumstances in part
