– authorized production under zone procedures (regarding inputs primarily for semiconductor industry) at the Ultra Clean Technology Systems and Service Inc. facility in Manor, Texas
– received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding implantable medical devices) at the Norman Noble Company Inc. facility within FTZ 40 in Highland Heights, Ohio
– received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding cooling, servo, and power systems and assemblies) at the Sanyo Denki America Inc. facility within FTZ 50 in Torrance, Calif.
– received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding stamped copper terminals) at the Yazaki North America Inc. facility within FTZ 16 in Petoskey, Mich.
