AD/CVD News: Aluminum Sheet, Engines, PC Strand, Pipes and Tubes, Wire Mesh

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. For more information on AD/CVD issues, including how to mitigate liability, please contact STR.

Aluminum sheet – rescission of administrative review of CVD order on common alloy aluminum sheet from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2025, and instruction to CBP to assess CVD duties on entries of subject goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

Engines – continuation of AD and CVD orders on vertical shaft engines and parts thereof from China, effective Oct. 26

PC strand – dumping margin of 13.57 percent in final results of administrative review of AD order on pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from Spain for the period June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025

Pipes and tubes – preliminary determination that Perfiles LM S.A. de C.V. is the successor-in-interest to Perfiles y Herrajes LM, S.A. de C.V. for purposes of the AD order on heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Mexico

Wire mesh – continuation of AD and CVD orders on stainless steel welded wire mesh from Mexico, effective Sept. 23
