AD/CVD News: Aluminum Foil, Steel Products, Strontium Chromate, Wind Towers

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. For more information on AD/CVD issues, including how to mitigate liability, please contact STR.

Aluminum foil – dumping margin of 13.65 percent in final results of administrative review of AD order on aluminum foil from China for the period Nov. 1, 2023, through Oct. 31, 2024

Steel cylinders – continuation of AD and CVD orders on non-refillable steel cylinders from China, effective Oct. 14

Steel products – dumping margins of 14.29 and 14.54 percent in amended AD order on corrosion-resistant steel products from Mexico

Strontium chromate – dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD order on strontrium chromate from France for the period Nov. 1, 2023, through Oct. 31, 2024

Wind towers – sunset review determination that revocation of CVD order on utility-scale wind towers from Malaysia would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at rate of 6.43 percent
