Import and Export Information Collections Under Review

The federal agencies listed below are accepting comments on new, revised, or extended information collections concerning the following.

Consumer Product Safety Commission

– safety standard for button cell or coin batteries and consumer products containing such batteries (extension)

Department of Agriculture

– foreign quarantine notices (revision and extension)

– importation of table eggs from regions where Newcastle disease or highly-pathogenic avian influenza is considered to exist (revision and extension)

– exportation of poultry and hatching eggs (revision and extension)

Food and Drug Administration

– procedures for the safe processing and importing of fish and fishery products (reinstatement)
