The federal agencies listed below are proposing new and/or revised information collections concerning the following.
Department of Agriculture
– export health certificate for animal products (comments due by April 17)
U.S. Customs and Border Protection
– CBP Form 3347, 3347A: Declaration of owner and declaration of consignee when entry is made by an agent (comments due by April 17)
– deferral of duty on large yachts imported for sale (comments due by April 17)
