AD/CVD News: New Reviews, Rebar, Shelving, Scope Rulings

New reviews – initiation of administrative reviews of the following AD/CVD orders for the periods Feb. 1, 2025, through Jan. 31, 2026 (AD) or Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2025 (CVD); these reviews may result in changes to AD/CVD rates

– common alloy aluminum sheet from China (AD/CVD)

– crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China (AD/CVD) and Taiwan (AD)

– cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from Korea (AD/CVD)

– frozen warmwater shrimp from China, India, Thailand, and Vietnam (AD)

– gas-powered pressure washers from China (AD/CVD)

– large residential washers from Mexico (AD)

– lemon juice from South Africa (AD)

– pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from Egypt (AD)

– sodium nitrite from India (AD/CVD)

– stainless steel bar from India (AD)

– stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Italy and Malaysia (AD)

– truck and bus tires from China (CVD)

– wood moldings and millwork products from China (AD/CVD)

Rebar – final affirmative CVD determination on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Algeria, with net subsidy rate of 72.94 percent

Shelving – sunset review determination that revocation of AD/CVD orders on kitchen appliance shelving and racks from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time; these orders will therefore be continued

Scope rulings – applications received in February for rulings on the scope of the following AD/CVD orders

– hand trucks and parts thereof from China (AD)

– raw flexible magnets from China (AD/CVD)

Sunset reviews – initiation of sunset reviews of the following AD/CVD orders, which will result in either the continuation or revocation of these orders

– boltless steel shelving units prepackaged for sale from China (AD/CVD)

– chassis and subassemblies from China (AD/CVD)

– mattresses from Cambodia (AD), China (CVD), Malaysia (AD), Serbia (AD), Thailand (AD), Türkiye (AD), and Vietnam (AD)

– non-refillable steel cylinders from China (AD/CVD)

– pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from China (AD/CVD)

– small vertical shaft engines from China (AD/CVD)
