NINA MOHSENI is an Associate with Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, resident in the Chicago office. Her practice focuses on customs and trade issues such as classification, valuation, country of origin determinations and marking, trade preference programs, trade remedies and export controls.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Mohseni served as an associate with a customs and international trade law firm in Chicago, where her work included drafting protests, prior disclosures and ruling requests and representing clients in audits and administrative proceedings before U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the Department of Commerce. She also served as an extern with the Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Ms. Mohseni holds a J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law and a B.A. in international studies from DePaul University. She has been admitted to the U.S. Court of International Trade and the Illinois State Bar. She is a member of the board of the Chicago chapter of the Organization of Women in International Trade, vice chair of the Chicago Bar Association’s International Corporate and Trade Law Committee and junior board member of the British American Business Council.
