About The Webinar

The Foreign Trade Regulations establish the export filing process that all U.S. exporters must consult before shipping goods abroad. The FTR control when a filing is required, the timing of the filing, the required information in the filing, and which party can perform the filing. In addition, the process for identifying and reporting errors is addressed through the FTR's voluntary self-disclosure provisions. This webinar will help exporters feel more comfortable with the FTR and understand when and how to make a disclosure when inaccurate data is found.
