About The Webinar

The CPSC has upped its enforcement of the CPSIA requirements in the past few years, resulting in more frequent inspections, detentions, and seizures. Importers of frequently targeted products like toys, batteries, cigarette lighters and embellished children’s apparel need to understand the testing, certification and labeling requirements before importing them into the U.S. A CPSC inspection and Notice of Violation is not the time to learn the requirements for your products.

With the forthcoming electronic certification as an entry requirement, importers who have not been paying attention to the CPSIA requirements can no longer ignore them. This webinar provides a refresher of the current CPSIA requirements as well as what’s in store for importers at the border in the next year.
