- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding lithium-ion battery cells) at the Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America facility within FTZ 17 in De Soto, Kan.

- declined a request to remove a restriction requiring that all foreign-status 24,000 tow PAN fiber admitted for production activity at the Teijin Carbon Fibers Inc. facility within FTZ 38 in Greenwood, S.C., be re-exported

- received an application for subzone status for the Hamilton Beach Brands Inc. facility within FTZ 262 in Byhalia, Miss.

- received an application for subzone status for the Vitesco Technologies USA LLC facility within FTZ 80 in Seguin, Texas

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding power transmission products) at the Twin Disc Inc. facility within FTZ 297A in Lufkin, Texas

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding pharmaceuticals) at the Jubilant HollisterStier LLC facility within FTZ 224 in Spokane, Wash.
