Alkyl phosphate esters – institution of AD and CV injury investigations of alkyl phosphate esters from China

Aluminum sheet – dumping margin of 6.44 percent for one exporter/producer in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on common alloy aluminum sheet from Germany for the period April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023

Pipe – initiation of changed circumstances review to determine if Hyundai Steel Pipe Co. Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Hyundai Steel Company in the context of the AD duty orders on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe, oil country tubular goods, welded pipe, and large-diameter welded pipe from Korea

Shrimp – net subsidy rates of 1.69 and 2.89 percent in amended preliminary affirmative CV duty determination on frozen warmwater shrimp from Ecuador

Tires – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on truck and bus tires from China would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of (1) dumping at margins up to 22.57 percent and (2) countervailable subsidies at rates of 23.92 to 66.28 percent
