Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Brass rod – (1) final affirmative dumping determinations on brass rod from Brazil, India, Korea, Mexico, and South Africa, with dumping margins of 22.78 and 77.14 percent for Brazil, 2.19 to 5.42 percent for India, 8.26 to 9.18 percent for Korea, 6.51 and 29.43 percent for Mexico, and 10.67 percent for South Africa, and (2) final affirmative CV duty determination on brass rod from Korea, with net subsidy rates of 2.04 to 3.7 percent

Ceramic tile – institution of AD and CV injury investigations of ceramic tile from India

DOTP – initiation of AD duty investigations of dioctyl terephthalate from Malaysia, Poland, Taiwan, and Türkiye

Ferrosilicon – initiation of AD and CV duty investigations of ferrosilicon from Brazil, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, and Russia,

Steel cylinders – final affirmative AD and CV duty determinations on non-refillable steel cylinders from India, with dumping margins of zero and 6.27 percent and net subsidy rates of 2.26 to 2.48 percent
