The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Aluminum sheet – revocation of AD duty order on common alloy aluminum sheet from Germany with respect to certain lithographic-grade aluminum sheet, effective April 17

Paper bags – final affirmative AD injury determination on paper shopping bags from Turkey

Polyester yarn – dumping margin of zero for one exporter/producer in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on polyester textured yarn from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022

Steel plate – continuation of AD duty order on clad steel plate from Japan, effective April 10

Steel shelving – (1) final affirmative dumping determinations on boltless steel shelving units prepackaged for sale from Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam, with dumping margins of 58.29 and 81.12 percent for Malaysia, 8.09 and 78.12 percent for Taiwan, zero and 2.75 percent for Thailand, and 181.6 and 224.94 percent for Vietnam, and (2) final negative dumping determination on such shelving units from India
