Phase III of Portal 2.0, the next step in this C-TPAT account management tool, was launched Aug. 14, 2015. Phase III will conclude the transfer of all data and activities into the new system and Web messaging between two different systems will cease. This deployment will also correct the error messages and system issues that users experienced in Phase II concerning validation reports and responses.

Tom Gould is Senior Director, Customs and International Trade, for Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, P.A.
