Most have been working beside Lee and Tom for more than two decades and are prepared to lead the firm together with a newly-formed Advisory Committee, which will comprise the firm’s ownership and management. Benefiting from Lee and Tom’s generous and continued friendship and mentorship, together with each of our clients’ trust, we are excited and confident to lead the firm.
