About The Webinar

Don’t be spooked by the administration’s recently issued executive actions and Congress’ proposed legislative changes to de minimis. This webinar will address your fears and help you understand what is at stake. Opportunities abound, but so do increased concerns about illicit goods, security risks, consumer protection, duty circumvention, and intellectual property evasion. What can traders expect de minimis to look like in the future and what supply chain adjustments may be necessary?
