About The Webinar

Importers who have paid tariffs imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) should take steps now to protect their right to refunds if those tariffs are ultimately invalidated. Even if the tariffs are ruled valid, importers may still be eligible for other refunds to mitigate their impacts. This session will provide an overview of the Supreme Court case, forecast possible outcomes, and provide step by step instruction on how to adjust ACE reports to prepare for refund claims.

Importers looking for a webinar reviewing the oral arguments in the IEEPA tariff case before the Supreme Court should review our On Demand webinar on “The IEEPA Tariff Case Before the U.S. Supreme Court: Where We Stand After Oral Arguments.”
