The Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act signed into law in 2016 created hundreds of new provisions in Chapter 62 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States for recreational performance outerwear. This webinar has updated content to take into consideration the HS2022 changes and will examine these classifications, which ones importers should never use (and why), and the new recordkeeping requirements for importers of these goods.
