About The Webinar

All products that are not defense articles regulated under the ITAR fall under dual-use export controls under the EAR (including EAR99 items), meaning they are relevant to companies across a broad spectrum of industries. However, there are a number of common mistakes companies make when exporting dual-use items, which can lead to investigations, subpoenas, civil and/or criminal fines and penalties, and denial of export privileges. This one-hour webinar will review these errors and offer insights on how to avoid penalties and other unnecessary exposure.
