New Zone Requested. The FTZ Board has received from the Paducah McCracken County Riverport Authority a request to establish an FTZ under the ASF with a service area encompassing portions of McCracken and Livingston counties in Kentucky. Specific production approvals are not being sought at this time. The proposed zone would be the third for the Evansville CBP port of entry, after FTZ 146 (Lawrence County, Ill.) and FTZ 177 (Evansville, Ind.). Comments on this request are due no later than June 15.
