U.S. Customs and Border Protection has announced that the National Commodity Specialist Division, Regulations and Rulings, in the Office of International Trade is relocating within New York. As a result, beginning Jan. 28 and until further notice, non-electronic correspondence to the NCSD should be sent to 1100 Raymond Boulevard, Newark, N.J., 07102. CBP notes that e-rulings procedures will remain the same and will not be affected by the temporary change in office location.
