Alkane – initiation of AD and CVD investigations of perfluoroalkoxy alkane from India; comments on the scope of these investigations are due no later than Sept. 14
Pipes and tubes – dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD order on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand for the period March 1, 2024, through Feb. 28, 2025
Steel flat products – net subsidy rates of 1.28 and 3.64 percent in final results of administrative review of CVD order on cold-rolled steel flat products from South Korea for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023
Steel grating – sunset review determination that revocation of AD order on steel grating from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 145.18 percent
Sunset reviews – initiation of sunset reviews of the following AD/CVD orders, which will result in either the revocation or continuation of those orders
- petroleum wax candles from China
- polyethylene retail carrier bags from China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam
