Barium chloride - intent to revoke AD duty order on barium chloride from China and CV duty order on barium chloride from India
Ferrosilicon – (1) final affirmative AD duty determination on ferrosilicon from Russia, with dumping margin of 283.27 percent, (2) final affirmative CV duty determination on ferrosilicon from Russia, with net subsidy rate of 748.58 percent, and (3) final affirmative critical circumstances determinations in both cases
Frozen fish – dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on frozen fish fillets from Vietnam for the period Aug. 1, 2022, through July 31, 2023
Pipe – final determination that Universal Tube and Pipe Industries FZE is the successor-in-interest to Universal Tube and Plastic Industries Limited and should be assigned its AD cash deposit rate with respect to the AD duty order on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from the United Arab Emirates
Wood moldings – (1) dumping margins of zero and 4.25 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on wood moldings and millwork products from China for the period Feb. 1, 2022, through Jan. 31, 2023, and (2) rescission of review with respect to 12 companies and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of subject goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
