Background

The International Trade Commission on March 5, 2014, initiated a Section 337 investigation of certain sulfentrazone and sulfentrazone compositions from China as well as processes for making sulfentrazone. On April 10, 2015, the administrative law judge assigned to this case found no violation of Section 337. The ITC subsequently reviewed and made certain changes to the final determination but still decided to terminate the investigation with a finding of no violation.
